Der Vorteil von Fl\u00fcssigzucker im Vergleich zu Kristallzucker besteht darin, dass Saccharose bereits gel\u00f6st ist, wenn sie beim Endnutzer ankommt. Daher muss der Endnutzer nicht in eine Ausr\u00fcstung zum Aufl\u00f6sen, Filtern und Pasteurisieren des entstehenden Zuckersirups investieren.<\/span><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; color: #3a3a3a;\"><span style=\"line-height: 18pt;\">Fl\u00fcssigzucker werden aus Zuckerr\u00fcben oder -rohr hergestellt. Obwohl sie bereits einen Reinigungsprozess durchlaufen haben, k\u00f6nnen sie noch immer Geruchs- und\/oder Geschmacksbestandteile enthalten, was sich eventuell auf die Lagerung und den Transport zur\u00fcckf\u00fchren l\u00e4sst.<\/span><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; color: #3a3a3a;\"><span style=\"line-height: 18pt;\">Aktivkohlen werden bereits seit mehreren Jahrzehnten bei der Produktion von Fl\u00fcssigzucker eingesetzt.<\/span><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; color: #3a3a3a;\"><span style=\"line-height: 18pt;\">Im Fl\u00fcssigzucker-Produktionsprozess wird h\u00e4ufig pulverf\u00f6rmige Aktivkohle eingesetzt, mit deren Hilfe eine farblose, transparente Fl\u00fcssig-Saccharosel\u00f6sung hergestellt wird, die einen neutralen, s\u00fc\u00dfen Geschmack hat und frei von Aromen ist.<\/span><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; color: #3a3a3a;\"><span style=\"line-height: 18pt;\">Granulare Aktivkohle (GAC) kann ebenfalls in mobilen Adsorbern bei der Produktion von Fl\u00fcssigzuckerl\u00f6sungen eingesetzt werden.<\/span><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; color: #3a3a3a;\"><span style=\"line-height: 18pt;\">Der Umstieg von pulverf\u00f6rmiger zu granularer Aktivkohle bietet dem Nutzer dabei verschiedene Vorteile:<\/span><\/span><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; color: #3a3a3a;\"><span style=\"line-height: 18pt;\">Verringerung des Aktivkohleverbrauchs (der Verbrauch von granularer Aktivkohle (GAC) liegt normalerweise 30 % unter dem Verbrauch von pulverf\u00f6rmiger Aktivkohle (PAC))<\/span><\/span><ul><li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; color: #3a3a3a;\"><span style=\"line-height: 18pt;\">Die Beladung mit granularer Aktivkohle (GAC) ist im Vergleich zum Einsatz von pulverf\u00f6rmiger Aktivkohle (PAC) h\u00f6her<\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; Die Filtereinheit ist ein kombiniertes Transportgef\u00e4\u00df und Adsorptionssystem, das vorab mit dem ausgew\u00e4hlten Adsorptionsmittel gef\u00fcllt wird, um kosteng\u00fcnstige Reinigungsergebnisse zu erzielen. Die granulare Aktivkohle wird in einem verschlossenen Beh\u00e4lter einsatzbereit geliefert, wodurch die Anlagenbediener weder mit dem frischen noch mit dem ges\u00e4ttigten Produkt in Kontakt
