La cerussite (minerale di stagno-piombo), con composizione chimica piombo (II) carbonato (PbCO\u2083), \u00e8 un minerale secondario del piombo formato dalla reazione chimica dell\u2019acqua gassata con la galena. Una terza importante fonte di piombo \u00e8 l\u2019anglesite (vetriolo di piombo), composta da solfato di piombo (II) (PbSO\u2084) formata dall\u2019ossidazione della galena.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1c8a6ec4 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" speciazione del piombo nell\u2019acqua. L\u2019area tra le linee tratteggiate arancioni rappresenta la zona di stabilit\u00e0 dell\u2019acqua. Il diagramma mostra che la speciazione del piombo nell\u2019acqua \u00e8 dominata dal suo elementare cationico nella forma a 5 ppb (\u00b5g\/l), tuttavia, in un\u2019area contaminata, la concentrazione di piombo nelle acque sotterranee potrebbe essere superiore alle linee guida dell\u2019Organizzazione Mondiale della Sanit\u00e0 (OMS) di 10 ppb (\u00b5g\/l).<\/p><h3>Come viene rimosso il piombo (Pb\u00b2\u207a) dalle acque sotterranee?<\/h3><p>La forma elementare cationica del piombo (Pb\u00b2\u207a) pu\u00f2 essere efficacemente catturata e rimossa dalle acque sotterranee utilizzando una resina chelante selettiva con cationi acidi deboli (WAC) e con un gruppo iminodiacetico, come Resinex\u2122 CH-23.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b2cec40 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" di resina, ma \u00e8 importante considerare la composizione dell\u2019acqua da trattare. Spesso l\u2019acqua contiene altri cationi che contribuiscono all\u2019esaurimento del letto di resina; pertanto, raccondiamo sempre di contattare i nostri esperti tecnici che potranno assistere nel dimensionamento del sistema di rimozione dei metalli pesanti pi\u00f9 adatto, poich\u00e9 altri metalli possono influenzare la durata media stimata della resina.<\/p><p>Resinex\u2122 CH-23 \u00e8 una resina chelante che rimuove in modo efficiente anche altri cationi di metalli pesanti, come rame (Cu\u00b2\u207a), vanadio (Va\u00b2\u207a), nichel (Ni\u00b2\u207a), zinco (Zn\u00b2\u207a) e cadmio (Cd\u00b2\u207a) nella loro forma cationica elementare.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-364ee5a6 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"364ee5a6\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2a1840b elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2a1840b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3>Condizioni operative raccomandate per la rimozione del piombo (Pb\u00b2\u207a)<\/h3><p>La scelta delle condizioni di funzionamento di un sistema di rimozione del piombo dipende dai seguenti fattori:<\/p><ul><li>Il tempo minimo di contatto superficiale necessario per il corretto funzionamento<\/li><li>Altre specie cationiche nell\u2019acqua<\/li><li>Durata del letto di resina desiderata<\/li><li>Condizioni operative (continue, discontinue)<\/li><\/ul><p>Il filtro mobile AquaFlow\u2122 pu\u00f2 essere impiegato per la rimozione del piombo (Pb\u00b2\u207a) con un tempo di contatto superficiale di almeno sei minuti, ma di solito raccomandiamo di impiegare due filtri mobili AquaFlow\u2122 in serie, ottenendo cos\u00ec una portata media di 10- 20 BV\/h.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5006c691 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"5006c691\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e225d0c elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"e225d0c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3>Esempio di calcolo per la rimozione di piombo (Pb\u00b2\u207a)<\/h3><p>Si ipotizzi una falda acquifera contaminata con 1 mg\/l di piombo (Pb\u00b2\u207a) da purificare con le seguenti propriet\u00e0:<\/p><ul><li>Portata media di 30m\u00b3\/h<\/li><li>Funzionamento continuo 24\/24 -7\/7<\/li><\/ul><p>Il carico annuale di piombo (Pb\u00b2\u207a) viene quindi calcolato come segue:<\/p><ul><li>Concentrazione di Piombo: 1mg\/l = 1g\/m\u00b3<\/li><li>Volume annuale di piombo (Pb\u00b2\u207a) nell\u2019acqua contaminata: 30m\u00b3\/h x 8.600hpa= 258.000m\u00b3<\/li><li>Carico annuale di piombo (Pb\u00b2\u207a): 1g\/m\u00b3 x 258.0000m\u00b3= 258.000g = 258kg Pb\u00b2\u207a<\/li><\/ul><p>Ne risulta un carico medio di 90kg Pb\u00b2\u207a\/m\u00b3 per Resinex\u2122 CH-23 ed un consumo stimato di circa 3m\u00b3 all\u2019anno.
