Mobile Industrial Filters

Your Solutions Provider

The mobile filter units of Jacobi Services are designed to remove or reduce as much as necessary the organic and inorganic impurities or compounds present in liquids and gases.

The filters can be arranged in parallel to handle the hydraulic flow to be treated, to increase the contact time or to reduce the pressure drop. An arrangement in series connection is possible. This ensures that the adsorption capacity of the installed media can be optimally utilized. A combination of parallel and series connection is possible. The filters are designed for a low pressure drop over the filter and a uniform flow through the filter, even at a low flow rate.

Specialized service staff can provide on-site support during installation and commissioning.

  • Ex-Stock Delivery Available

A wide range of mobile filters and suitable filter media are available from stock at our multiple service hubs in Europe.

  • Compact Solution

Alternative or other technologies such as Bio systems, scrubbers, membranes are often more complicated and often require more space.

  • Plug and Play

The mobile filters are supplied with the necessary piping and standard quick-release couplings for easy and rapid installation.

  • Proven Technology

Mobile filters are a proven technology used in a wide range of applications.

  • Total Service Package

Auxiliary equipment may be required for on-site installation or integration. These can include, for example, pumps or fans and piping as well as monitoring and safety systems.

  • Rental Option Available

The mobile filters are available as a rental solution. Normal maintenance is included in the lease of a mobile filter.

  • Quick Couplings

Quick couplings are supplied according to the customer’s needs.

  • On-site Services

Filter change, logistics, thermal reactivation or proper disposal of used adsorbents complete the services provided by the team of Jacobi Services.

  • Low Operating Costs

Mobile Filters often need less energy compared to other solutions.

  • No Maintenance Cost

The maintenance is done off site at the Jacobi service centre. Normal maintenance is included in the lease of a mobile filter.

  • No On-site Carbon Handling

The mobile filters are combined transport and adsorption systems, this eliminates the need for on-site spent media handling. Mobile filters are also referred to as clean adsorption technology due to the absence of onsite material handling.

  • For Temporary Need in Case of Toll Manufacturing

Mobile filters can be used in case of toll manufacturing or production campaigns.

  • Emergency Treatment

Mobile filters are used in emergency cases (urgent matters) such as accidental spills, PFOS removal fire-fighting water etc.

  • Modular Units

Larger volume flows can be treated by arranging several filters in parallel. In case of multiple different contaminants, the use of different adsorbents by series connection of filters or by the use of layered or mixed beds within a filter is possible.

  • No Investment Cost

No investment (CAPEX), the units can be returned at the end of the project.

  • Combined Filter and Transport Unit

The mobile filters are combined transport and adsorption systems. This minimises the transport cost.

  • Engineering Support

Jacobi Services offers project related engineering support and comprehensive solution competence in all project phases.

  • Start-up Assistance

Application specialists within the international Jacobi service team can provide start-up support.

AquaFlow Filters
AquaFlow Filters

AquaFlow™ Filters

The AquaFlow™ industrial filter range are specially developed for industrial applications such as groundwater remediation, leachate treatment, purification of chemicals, food, drinking water, wastewater treatment, etc.

The AquaFlow™ filter units were specially developed for the cleaning of liquids up to a flow rate of 80 m³/h/filter. Granular activated carbons, reactivated carbons, ion exchange resins and other media suitable for liquid phase applications are used in the AquaFlow™ range of filters.

Ion Exchange Resins

Our AddSorb™ range can be used together with ion exchange resins from Resinex range for optimum results.

Reactivation

Reactivation

Jacobi also offers a reactivation service. This is a hassle-free service which allows spent carbon to be removed and reactivated. The reactivated carbon can then be reused again, reducing waste.
